Officer sues for broken knee
You've heard the story by now: Baby falls into pool, mother calls 911, officer slips in the water on the floor that dripped off the poor child, and intends to sue the family for not cleaning up the water before she got there.The attorney, the gentle, kind soul that he is, said, "It's a situation where the Cosmillos have caused these problems, brought them on themselves, then tried to play the victim," he said.
Right.
I can't get a malpractice attorney to take my case because I didn't die. Now I know why. They're all busy suing grief-stricken parents.
